WHO MAY ATTEND STS FOR FREE?

Distributors may bring an unlimited amount of guests to attend for free. Guests will register for their free ticket at the event.
$10 NEW DISTRIBUTORS*
Distributors who have signed up within the last 30 days (prior to the event) may attend their first STS for $10*. Upline will provide the appropriate promotion code to their New Distributors to purchase directly through Eventbrite.

I QUALIFIED VIP, DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING?
If you qualify to sit in the VIP section, you must submit verification prior to attending. Please take a screenshot of your total documented volume from the previous month on MyHerbalife.com and upload to our verification form on the VIP Qualifications page of this website. VIP MUST BE SUBMITTED BY THE 5th OF EVERY MONTH, unless otherwise noted.

WHERE DO I PURCHASE TICKETS?
Tickets for Distributors are purchased online on our Eventbrite profile. You can also purchase tickets by clicking on the "Our Next Event" page of this website as well as a link in our Instagram bio @norcalsts_

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Dress for success! What does success look like to you? How does it feel? That's up to you to decide. A safe guideline, however, is business casual. No hats, sandals or shorts.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
Each ticket that you purchase is a license to attend a specific event. ALL SALES ARE FINAL; NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Resale or attempted resale of any ticket issued hereunder at a price higher than the face value appearing thereon is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Buyer assumes all risk or danger incidental to the attraction, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to, the actual attraction. The terms of sale of each ticket issued pursuant to a transaction initiated on this website are subject to any and all terms. In order to be admitted to an event, each attendee must present the original ticket with valid photo ID. Entry may be refused for various reasons, including misconduct, intoxication, etc., as determined by the NorCal STS.
ARE TICKETS ABLE TO BE TRANSFERRED TO SOMEONE ELSE?
Tickets are non-refundable or able to be transferred.
